Double birth announcement: two red pandas born
Two red pandas were born in early July. This is a special event, as red pandas are only fertile once a year, which greatly limits the chance of having offspring. The birth of the two cubs is important for the conservation of the species.

Over 3200 euros raised for red pandas
The new wine event ZooVino at ZooParc Overloon raised 3274 euros for two conservation projects in Asia such as the Red Panda Network. A total of 224 participants enjoyed wine and food with views of animals such as giraffes, penguins and flamingos.
