Coronavirus update

When will ZooParc open again?

We are pleased to announce that ZooParc will open its doors again from Wednesday 13 May. Our subscribers are the first to have the opportunity to visit the park before everyone is welcome again from Monday 18 May. Current developments with regard to the COVID-19 virus and the announced measures by RIVM and the government ensure that this is only possible under certain conditions.

For safety reasons, ZooParc uses a maximum number of visitors per day. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance.

Please note: this also applies to subscription holders, people who have bought a ticket (via an action partner) or who have won a ticket. Excepted are guests of the holiday parks; the Attraction Pass is sufficient for them.

How should we reserve our time blocks?

The time blocks can be reserved online through our ticketshop. Here you can make a step-by-step reservation for a time block that suits you. Please note that if no time block is selected, the reservation will not be made. I have a child from 0 to 2 years old, these tickets are free.

Do I need to request a ticket for this?

Because we can only allow a maximum number of people per day, even the smallest must reserve a ticket. In view of all measures, we must not exceed this number. Access is not possible for people for whom no ticket is reserved.

How should the tickets be scanned at the entrance of the park?

You can print the tickets, but you can also show the tickets by phone or tablet.

What measures are taken in ZooParc to ensure the safety of everyone?

  • Tickets can only be purchased online to avoid queues at the box offices
  • There are temporarily no feed presentations
  • You can only walk through the park in one direction
  • Covered visitor areas of animal shelters are temporarily closed
