Are there things I should take into account before coming to ZooParc?
It goes without saying that your safety and that of our animals and employees come first. ZooParc uses a maximum number of visitors per day for safety reasons. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance. Excluded are season ticket holders and guests of the holiday parks. For guests of the holiday parks, the Attraction Pass is sufficient.
Is it necessary to submit a negative corona test for my visit to ZooParc?
No corona ticket is required for access to ZooParc. The catering industry is equipped with pick-up points with seating.
How should we reserve our time slots?
The time slots can be booked online through our ticket shop. Here you can make a reservation step by step for a time slot that suits you. Keep in mind that if no time block is selected, the reservation will not be made. This does not apply to subscribers.
I have a child from 0 to 2 years old, these tickets are free. Do I have to request a ticket for this?
Because we are only allowed to allow a maximum number of people per day, the smallest people must also reserve a ticket. Given all the measures, we must not exceed this number. Entry is not possible for persons for whom no ticket has been reserved. This does not apply to subscribers.
How should the tickets be scanned at the entrance of the park?
You can print the tickets, but you can also show the tickets by phone or tablet.
What measures are taken in ZooParc to guarantee the safety of everyone?
For safety reasons, a number of measures have been taken to guarantee your safety and that of our animals and employees.
Can I buy something to eat or drink in the park?
Yes, the catering establishments are open. Payments in ZooParc are PIN only. You can also order via a QR code.
Are there facilities for the (smallest) children, such as a microwave for heating the bottle?
Yes, a microwave is available.
Where can I park my car?
Parking is available in both ZooParc parking lots. The rules of the Dutch traffic law apply.
