There are currently many questions relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our employees do everything in their power to provide everyone with an answer. Due to the hustle and bustle, waiting times for telephone and e-mail may be longer than you would normally expect from us. That is why we try to update the current guidelines every day on this frequently asked questions page.

Frequently asked questions about the coronavirus

Is ZooParc open?
As a result of the measures taken and advice regarding the corona virus of the RIVM, the Dutch government and the relevant Safety Region, it has unfortunately been decided that ZooParc will be closed from Tuesday December 15 to Monday March 15. Naturally, the welfare of the animals is not compromised.

What will happen to the animals in ZooParc?
The welfare of the animals is guaranteed and is our highest priority. The care of our animals therefore continues as usual. Naturally, we follow the hygiene regulations and advice for our employees.

I have booked an arrangement (such as a school trip or children’s party) or activity for several people at ZooParc. Can this continue?
You will be contacted about this, you do not have to do anything yourself. If you still want to ask a question, you can do so via info@libemafunfactory.nl.

I would like to visit ZooParc with my subscription, but I cannot access the park due to the closure. What does this mean for me?
Subscription holders will receive an e-mail with more information Friday February 26 at the latest.

I have already bought a ticket online and have reserved a time slot for this. Can I go to the park at another time?
To give you the opportunity to visit ZooParc at another time, your current tickets will be automatically renewed, so that they can be used until June 30, 2021. After reopening the park, you must reserve a visit day and time slot again on the website (“I already have a ticket”). You will receive an email about this no later than Friday February 26.

I had already bought a ticket online and reserved a time slot for the closing in November, these tickets have been extended until February 28, 2021. Will these tickets be extended?
The term of these tickets will also be extended until June 30, 2021. You must – after reopening of the park – reserve another visit day and time slot on the website (“I already have a ticket”).

I already have a promotional ticket (such as DPG Media and ANWB) with a validity until December 31, 2020. Will the validity be extended? The duration of these promotions will be extended until June 30, 2021. For further questions, please contact the ticket provider. For these tickets too, a visit day and time slot must be reserved on the website (“I already have a ticket”).

I already have a ticket through a lottery (such as BankGiro Loterij and Nationale Postcode Loterij). Can I go to the park at another time?
If you have made a reservation in the period from Tuesday December 15 to Monday March 15 via a lottery, you will receive a message from the relevant lottery with the new code, so that when the park is open again can make a reservation. For further questions about tickets via a lottery, you can contact the ticket provider via info@uitstapjenaarkeuze.nl or info@dagjewegnaarkeuze.nl.

I bought a catering combi deal through the website. Can I still use it?
You can use your purchased catering combi deal on your next visit.
