Brand in ZooParc

In the evening of March 3, to our great sorrow, a fire broke out in the building of the squirrel monkeys. Despite rapid efforts of the emergency services, the 6 squirrel monkeys in the building could unfortunately not be saved. The staff and especially the animal caretakers are very touched by this loss of our animals that are cared for every day with great dedication.

We thank everyone for their involvement and sympathy after this sad event. In the coming time we will see what will happen with the building and enclosure in the future.

ZooParc is open to the public as usual: the walking route will be diverted slightly.
