Are there any things to consider before coming to ZooParc?
It goes without saying that your safety and that of our animals and employees is paramount. ZooParc uses – for safety reasons – a maximum number of visitors per day. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance.
Please note: this also applies to subscription holders, people who have bought a ticket (via an action partner) or who have won a ticket. Excepted are guests of the holiday parks; the Attraction Pass is sufficient for them. If you do not have a ticket yet, you can only purchase it online in our webshop.
Do you already have a ticket or are you a subscriber, book your access
If you don’t have a ticket yet, order it online for € 15.00 each
How should we reserve our time blocks?
The time blocks can be reserved online through our ticketshop. Here you can make a step-by-step reservation for a time block that suits you. Please note that if no time block is selected, the reservation will not be made. I have a child from 0 to 2 years old, these tickets are free.
Do I need to request a ticket for this?
Because we can only allow a maximum number of people per day, even the smallest must reserve a ticket. In view of all measures, we must not exceed this number. Access is not possible for people for whom no ticket is reserved.
How should the tickets be scanned at the entrance of the park?
You can print the tickets, but you can also show the tickets by phone or tablet.
